After choosing a bike in our bike search all suitable products for your bike will appear. At our onlineshop you are able to shop according to categories (e.g. exhaust systems) or brands as well.
Our bike search lists bikes that we're offering products for only. If you aren't able to find your bike here, unfortunatelly we cannot offer you any products of our assortment.
No, our items are only suitable and approved for the indicated bike models and year of manufacture.
As we are general German importer of these brand products you can draw the whole stock of these brands from us. Orders of products that our not part of our normal assortment are so called special orders. These are taking two to eight weeks, depending on the manufacturer (f.i. sea freight), cannot be cancelled and are not returnable or creditable. Please be aware of the fact that f.i. screens may not have an ABE (vehicle type approval).

Special orders must be written as e-mail (info@fechter.de) or fax (+49 (0)7023-95 23 23) with indicating the manufacturers item number. The goods will be ordered after payment. Our customer service will answer further questions willingly.
Spare part orders are special orders as well and therefore must be placed written as e-mail (info@fechter.de) or fax (+49 (0)7023-95 23 23). Special orders cannot be cancelled, are not returnable and creditable.

The goods will be ordered after payment and can be delivered depending on the manufacturer within two to eight weeks. You can highlight parts in the parts list of the fitting instructions and ask our customer service for prices.
You can add products to your cart and order them only at our onlineshop if they are on stock. Available items should be delivered within 1-3 working days (standard delivery within Germany).

The sheduled delivery date for products out of stock are marked with calendar weeks (CW) in the product details. Please be aware of the fact that delivery dates can change near-term. If you would like to be informed as soon as the item is available again online, you can subscribe to the function "e-mail, if available" on the product page.


ORDER & RETURN
You can collect, change and delete products in your shopping cart. With click on the button "add to cart" you're adding items to your card. You can open your shopping card on each site by clicking on the shopping bag icon (top right). It represents an overview of your selected items, their delivery time and price.

You're entering the order process not until click on "to checkout".

You can choose between the payment methods PayPal, Online Bank Transfer (Pay Now.), credit card (Mastercard, VISA) and prepayment. Find more information about payment here.

The shipping costs in Germany are 4,95 € for standard shipping. You can find the shipping costs for abroad shipping in our shipping costs. If the item is on stock, you'll receive your goods within 1-3 working days (standard delivery within Germany). If there is a calendar week as delivery date given, the delivery will be earliest in this week. Find more information about shipping and delivery here.

After completing all data in the ordering process and giving the required agreements, clicking on the button "order with costs" means giving a mandatory order offer. You'll receive an automatically generated order overview as mail right after your order.

After sending your order online your order will be processed and prepared for delivery.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a delivery confirmation with tracking-no. for package tracking as e-mail. Part delivery will be sent after costless.
A modification/cancellation of your order is possible written as e-mail (info@fechter.de) or fax (+49 (0)7023-95 23 23) only. Special orders cannot be cancelled. B2B-customers (registered dealers) can make a modification or cancellation wish in their customer account, which will be proved by our customer service right after.

You can revocate the purchase contract/order as private customer (consumer) according to the cancellation right. For further information check our GTC for consumers.
You can return goods costless. Please use our online return form. After receiving a completed return request our customer service cares about your concern immediately and provides a free return label for your package. Please be aware of the fact that complaints and returns can be processed by using this form only.
No, items that were mounted or activated before, aren't returnable.

You'll get a qualified answer to your question as soon as possible. Please be aware of the fact that you cannot reach our technical department by phone.
You can see, print or save the fitting instructions for your product as PDF in our online shop within the product informations. Moreover you can find it directly by using our download search. You're receiving the fitting instructions with your goods as well (accompanying or as part of the delivered license).
Yes, you receive basically everything, you'll need for mounting with your goods. Specifics for a certain vehicle model or mounting indications are, if existing, noticed in the items product informations notes.
There are no further adjustment jobs necessary. Our exhaust systems are developed for the serial state of the bike models and conceived according to the easy fitting principal.

Please be aware of the fact that our technical department is reachable by mail only to ensure a quick and qualified answer. If you'd like to return goods, please use our online return form.
If you are private customer and bought the goods at one of our dealers, please contact your dealer/contractual partner. He will be able to send the exhaust system warranted together with the official measurement report and a copy of the vehicle registration certificate in, if it is a justified claim.

Basically, the post-stuffing of the silencer with damming wool or the purchase of a silent dB-killer could help. Our customer service can give you information about all exhaust systems a silent dB-killer is available for.

DOCUMENTS & APPROVAL
Exhaust systems have an EC type approval (e-approval mark on the silencer). The e-approval mark (a combination of numbers and letters) is the only statement of legality. That means, you don't need any documents and don't have to carry anything with you (more information about EC). As a consequence our service card is no official or necessary document, but states the correctness of the e-approval mark and the appropriated models.

You can find your service card as PDF on downloads. A laminated service card in cheque card size (10 €) can be ordered by writing at our customer service (info@fechter.de). Please give your exhaust system, your vehicle model and your silencers e-approval mark within the mail.
Yes, every delivered silencer has a lasered e-approval mark. The e-approval mark (a combination of numbers and letters) is situated on the end cap of the muffler sideways between the rivets.
You have to be able to show the ABE (vehicle type approval) on demand for fairing parts and screens. The ABE-license is valid in combination with a KBA-sticker (placed on the product) only. You receive the license and the sticker with your goods.

You can find the valid ABE-license as bounded booklet (19,95 €) at your product in our onlineshop in the section spare parts for re-ordering. You can order the KBA-sticker (9,95 €) by writing to our customer service (info@fechter.de). Please give your vehicle model and type within the mail. You can find your ABE-license as PDF (invalid sample) on downloads.
Forwarded control kits are delivered with TÜV-license and have to be inscribed in the registration certificate by the Technical Control Board. After a successfull registration, you don't have to carry the TÜV-license with you any longer, because the add-on part is listed in the registration certificate.

You can find the valid TÜV-license for forwarded control kits as bounded booklet (19,95 €) at your product in our onlineshop in the section spare parts for re-ordering. You can find the TÜV-certificate as PDF (invalid sample) on downloads.

B2B
You can login on our website as dealer for motorcycle accessories and FECHTER DRIVE customer after successfull activation. You can order and check and manage your customer data (company data, dealer code plus discount level, sales), processes (invoices, delivery notes, credits) and backorder in your dealer account on our website.
After login on our website/B2B-platform all prices in the online shop adjust themselves automatically. You can see your personal buying price (based on your discount level) as well as the retail price. You find your dealer code and the connected discount level online on menu item dealer account. You can ask for information about buying prices and discount levels offline by writing to our customer service. There will be no information about discounts or conditions given by phone.
We're using a staggered rebate system. You can find further informations about this system in the dealer concept, that you received after your initial registration and which is available as PDF anytime online in your dealer account.
